Amber has over 15+ years of experience in emergency management, business continuity, and risk management. She also has 10+ years of experience working with industrial and municipal fire services in both developed and developing countries. Amber holds a master’s degree in Public Safety and post-graduate certificates in Emergency Management, Fire Service Leadership, Environmental Business, Sustainable Business, and Environmental Management. Additionally, she has earned her Master Business Continuity Professional designation (MBCP), Incident Command System (ICS) 400 level, Public Information Officer certification (PIO), and fire certifications in fire and life safety education, fire prevention, fire suppression, and hazardous materials operations.
As the CEO and Founder of Traverse Analytics Inc., Amber provides vision, industry foresight, and strategic leadership to guide the business. She leverages global social capital to support business growth, market expandability, and continual adaptability, ensuring the company evolves with technological advancements while maintaining dynamic leadership in a competitive market.
As an accomplished Capital Markets professional, Bryan’s 20 years on Bay Street have seen him lead through numerous market and investment cycles in energy, ultimately becoming an Executive Director at one of Canada’s largest banks. With extensive first-hand experience working with Canada’s largest institutional investors, Bryan is uniquely positioned to bridge the significance of the energy industry with the market-driven imperative to decarbonize.
Bryan co-founded Avatar Innovations, Canada’s only Corporate Venture Studio dedicated to industrial decarbonization, which enhances large corporates’ leadership, innovation, and technology development while connecting with the investment community to unlock the substantial capital required for the energy transition. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with High Honours from the Sprott School of Business.
As a Board Director, Bryan provides valuable insights and focus on protecting investments while ensuring the company is on a trajectory of growth and profitability.
With over 25 years of experience in fields ranging from geomatics and mapping technologies to climate resiliency and asset management, Dr. Robert Radovanovic is well-known as an enthusiastic innovator, speaker, and educator. Professionally, Robert has been involved in a variety of adventures, from bootstrapping technology start-ups and executive leadership in large consulting firms to developing university courses. His diverse experience has positioned him as a leader in navigating complex challenges.
Currently, Robert is focusing on how surveyors can stay on top of technological, regulatory, and professional trends to excel in their businesses and support the industry as a whole. He is passionate about applying new technologies to old problems, improving systems of people and processes, and mentoring young professionals in emerging fields of practice.
Robert serves as an avid member of our Board of Directors, providing strategic direction and guidance in the evolving competitive landscape.
David Hill brings 35+ years of industry expertise to Traverse Analytics, with a robust career as an industrial fire captain, 15+ years expanding business for national industrial and environmental service companies as a C-Suite executive, and astute knowledge of strategic management, operational oversight, and leadership techniques, applied throughout his career.
Leaning into his Indigenous heritage, Dave will also serve the board through enhancing social impact initiatives and guiding cultural heritage / Indigenous land protection strategies. Dave has actively supported local Indigenous communities by building relationships and building programs with youth-at-risk to provide youth with in-person training and opportunities in education, careers, and financial stability.
As a Strategic Advisor and an Independent Board Member, Dave offers invaluable guidance to the Board of Directors, propelling Traverse Analytics forward and ensuring operational excellence.
Richard is a Partner, Enterprise Risk Services and MNP’s National Internal Audit Services Leader, based in the Calgary office. Richard has 30 years of experience assisting complex global organizations with their internal audit, governance, risk management, IT audit, data analytics, ethics and compliance needs. He has deep industry experience in the utilities / energy, consumer goods, retail, technology, telecommunications, not-for-profit and public sector.
Leveraging his experience leading internal audit and risk projects in more than 60 countries, Richard has a global perspective on the issues that businesses face. He has worked with renowned organizations and has a proven track record of achieving cost-effective value-added solutions to manage priority risks and improve business processes and controls.
Prior to joining MNP, Richard served as a Global Internal Audit and Risk Management Director for General Mills Inc. with oversight of over 100 country operations. In this role, he helped develop a global data analytics strategy for the Internal Audit function. Most recently, he was Chief Audit Executive and Vice President of Risk Management and Compliance for a Canadian subsidiary of one of the largest utilities and renewable energy operators in the U.S., Berkshire Hathaway Energy Canada. In this role, Richard utilized data analytics to drive material cost savings with complex construction projects.
Richard is a Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA), qualifying as a Certified Management Accountant (FCMA) in 2003, and holds the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) designations. He was the first Canadian to receive the Qualification in Internal Audit Leadership (QIAL) designation from the Institute of Internal Auditors.
Richard is currently the Past Chair of the IIA Canada Board of Directors. He is on the Governance Certificate steering team and Audit Committee Conference Board for CPA Canada. He has facilitated the ERM course for the ICD Directors Education Program for 11 years. Richard in also on the Industry Technology and Innovation Advisory Council at the University of Calgary and sits on the Board of the Canadian Audit and Accountability Foundation (CAAF) in Ottawa.

Thomas confidently bridges strategic vision with tactical execution, ensuring viable outcomes for emerging technologies. He possesses a 12-year demonstrated history of effectively overseeing strategic portfolios exceeding $1 billion annually in the public sector.Specifically, excelling in building resilient organizations capable of navigating complexity and fostering sustainable innovation.
Trey earned a Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, majoring in Supply Chain Management with minors in International Business and Global Politics. He then completed a master’s in Infrastructure Protection and International Security at Carleton University, focusing on national security, emergency, and risk management.
His undergraduate research on supply chain threats and vulnerabilities in Canada earned accolades, including Best Undergraduate Research Project and the City of Saskatoon’s Mayor Award for City Building. While pursuing his graduate degree, Trey worked with Public Safety Canada, contributing to emergency management coordination, exercise design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
With interests in critical infrastructure, electrification, emergency management, and strategic business development, Trey brings valuable insights and analytics expertise to Traverse Analytics Inc.
Simon holds an MBA from the Ted Rogers School of Management, earning the Canadian Governor General’s Gold Medal for Academic Excellence, and an MA in Human Security and Peacebuilding from Royal Roads University, where he published a thesis on space conflict escalation. He is a Certified Emergency Manager, Professional Logistician, and Associate Business Continuity Professional.
Currently serving as a Program Manager in Municipal Government, Simon previously worked with Public Safety Canada’s Emergency Management unit and served over 12 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, retiring as a human resources manager He has deployed for various crises, including forest fires and flooding responses.
In 2020, Simon founded the Canadian Journal of Emergency Management, a nationally recognized peer-reviewed journal. As an advisor with Traverse Analytics Inc., he guides entrepreneurial efforts, advise on fire and risk management, and support social impact growth.
